Open Plan Living - Rothwell
The client wanted maximise the space and natural light that was available within this mid terrace to create a light and contemporary kitchen/ dining and living room. This was achieved by removing the central spine wall and removing nearly all of the rear wall at ground level to take maximum advantage of the south facing garden.
Additional RSJs running the length of the property were also lifted into position as this was a multi-phase project. The additional steels were required to support new load bearing stud work above to carry the new floors and a loft conversion.
